Segundo dia de festa, mas festa à séria com centenas de convidados e muita alegria geral.
Como já postei anteriormente, a cerimonia religiosa foi privada com a família e agora é dia de festa com os amigos. Uma festa linda, super cool com muita luz, musica, fogos de artifício e paixão.
Foi um dia desafiante mais intenso que muitos outros mas o resultado foi fantástico e adorámos cada momento. Eu e a Sofia não paramos um segundo. Mas a exigencia é o que nos motiva e oferecer um resultado lindo ainda sabe melhor.
Uma das minhas fotografias favoritas de 2009 está neste post. A fotografia do fogo de artificio e a deles nesse momento, segundos apenas. Vou explicar 
Eu estava atrás deles e a Sofia à sua frente, porque uma das características do nosso trabalho é precisamente a presença de duas objectivas que registam o mesmo momento de angulos diferentes. E eu estava com eles e tinha que fazer ora fotos do fogo que exigiam certos parametros tecnicos e umas deles com outros. E o maior problema é que eu estava com o flash off camera e como todos sabem só temos duas mãos. A Sofia não podia ajudar e tive que improvisar. Flash debaixo do braço a apontar para eles e as mãos na maquina. O resultado foi este, captei o momento, os segundos breves daqueles olhares cumplices e agradecidos com a supresa que o Vasco fez à Patricia…tudo com a luz perfeita que esperava e desejada. Por esta razão é esta uma das minhas favoritas. Pelo desafio, a completa loucura técnica e o registo do sentimento e força do momento.
Wedding day, part II. A big party after the wedding day with hundreds of guests and lots of joy.
As I posted earlier, the religious ceremony was private with their family and now is time for a party with friends. A lovely party, super cool with lots of light, music, fireworks and passion.
It was a challenge and intense day and the result was great and we loved every moment of it. Sofia and I did not stop a second. But that kind of requirement and challenge is what motivates us always thinking in the beautiful results.
One of my favorite photos of 2009 is in this post. The fireworks photography and their moment. I’ll explain I was behind them and Sofia in front because we are always two photographers in each wedding. It’s precisely the presence of two lenses recording the same moment by different angles the base of our service.
I needed to captures the fireworks which required certain technical parameters and also make some pictures of them. And the biggest problem is that I was with the flash off camera and as you all know we only have two hands, right? Sofia could not help me and so I had to improvise. Flash under my arm pointing to them and my 2 hands on the camera. This is the result. I caught the moment, the exact second they looked at each other, and with the perfect lighting. This is the reason why these photos are one of my favorites.
